What Shipping methods do you offer?

We ship by U.S. Postal Service and Fedex .You may choose from the following options in the USA:

• $3 Economy Shipping (up to 10 pounds.) Your order will be shipped by the cheapest method available - usually USPS Media Mail. Delivery in 7-21 days.
• $7 Faster Shipping (up to 10 pounds.) Your order will be shipped by USPS Priority or First Class, or by Fedex Ground (our choice). Delivery in 2-7 days/
• actual USPS or Fedex rates quoted on the checkout screen.

Customers outside of the USA may choose from actual USPS rates quoted on the checkout screen.

USPS Priority Mail

• Please note that there is no money-back guarantee for USPS 2 Day Priority or 3 Day Priority shipping.

• We know from our own research that these packages normally arrive on time, but have seen some take up to 10 days for delivery!

• If you need your items for sure by a specific date we suggest that you choose a Fedex option. 

International Packages

We regret that international shipping is very expensive.  We always try to ship your items to you at the lowest possible cost.

Some important things to remember with international shipments:

• You are responsible for any customs or other charges added by your mail system.

• There is no guaranteed delivery

• There is no tracking.

• If your package goes missing, you may need to wait up to two months before we try shipping a second package.

• If you package does not arrive, we might choose to issue a refund instead of shipping another package.

First and foremost, our desire is that our materials would encourage people to turn to the Word of God as their authority for living their lives in a way that is spiritually fruitful and pleasing to the Lord.

Some of our resources do this more directly than others, yet all are for the purpose of informing and edifying the body of Christ. Sometimes we offer books by non-Christians that contain research information that we believe is valuable for our readers. In some instances, we make available resources with which we do not agree entirely, yet we believe that the material, overall, is very helpful for the believer. In such cases, we may attach a disclaimer, or we may issue an exhortation for the reader to exercise discernment, i.e., be a “Berean.” Nevertheless, we scrutinize all of our materials from a biblical perspective.

We see our material resources as a ministry in itself, providing edifying media that is not usually available in local Christian bookstores. We are very conscious of our stewardship responsibility and try to make what we offer as economical as possible. We are also thankful to the Lord that the sale of materials is a viable source of provision, in addition to the unsolicited donations of those who are blessed by and who support The Berean Call.

We offer all of our our ebooks in several formats. After you add an ebook to your cart and checkout, all available versions of your selected product will be emailed to you!

Kindle  Books - MOBI format

Kindle books can be viewed on Kindle devices or on just about any other device using the Kindle Reading App. 

If you purchase a Kindle (MOBI) book from our website, it will not be automatically added to your Kindle.  You must transfer the file to your Kindle by email or another method.  Amazon provides instructions here.

It is easiest for you if you purchase Kindle books directly through Amazon, the book will be added to your device automatically. 

ePub  Format

ePub books can be viewed on IOS and Android devices.

After you purchase a book in ePub format from our store you can download it, then add it to your IOS Device.  See Apple's help page here for more information.

After you purchase a book in ePub format from our store you can download it, then add it to your Android Device.  You'll need to choose an ePub reader from the Google Play Store.

PDF  Format

PDF format books can be viewed on a variety of devices, but you will not be able to resize the text and the reading experience is not nearly as nice as Kindle or ePub formats.

The only advantage to the PDF format is that you can print the pages.
